Unable to post transaction due to incorrect line details attached in customer account (Doc ID 2607585.1)

On : 10.2 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to post the transaction in customer account, the following error occurs. 

   * AC-UPD02 - Could Not Update Balance for Account <ACC_NUMBER>.

   * Bombed in CustBal ORA-20101: lm_send->ORA-20101: lm_exec->BEFORE EXEC--->ORA-20101: set_available_bal -> ORA-20101: update_line->ORA-20101: Missing line record

Due to this issue, users cannot able to make any transactions in customer account. Also it affects their ability to provide the services in timely manner.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick a savings account
2. Do some DE transaction which impacts the balance of respective account.
3. Check whether the transaction posted successfully
