Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is deriving wrong available balance when the there is a blocked amount

In this particular case,

  1. Available balance: 73.89
  2. Blocked amount: 70.5

While trying to withdraw 40 from the Available Balance, for e.g., system is deriving the available balance as (73.89- 70.5) = 3.39 and now allowing the transaction. This is incorrect as Available balance is already reduced with Blocked amount

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should derive correct available balance when the there is a blocked amount

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create an account block for an amount in a CASA account
2. Verify the available balance
3. Do a transaction within the available balance

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Customers cannot withdraw the available balance.
