CADCHBOO : Cheque Issue Date Defaulting Issue (Doc ID 2607912.1)

On :  12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
CADCHBOO (Cheque Book maintenance) screen : Cheque Issue Date Defaulting Issue.

User reported below issues in CADCHBOO (Cheque Book maintenance) screen;

1- System is wrongly populating data in Issue Date field, if "Incl For Cheque Book Printing" option is selected by user.
2- If "Incl For Cheque Book Printing" option is selected, then system should not allow to change Request Status option as "Delivered".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If "Incl For Cheque Book Printing" option is selected by user;

- System should not populate any data for Issue Date field.
- System should not allow selecting "Delivered" option for Request Status field.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Cheque Book Maintenance in CADCHBOO screen.
2. Select "Incl For Cheque Book Printing" option in the screen.
3. Select "Delivered" option for Request Status field and input Issue Date field with same date value as Order date field.
4. Save the maintenance record.
5. Save action will not fail with any error and record will be saved successfully.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, system is not validating Request Status & Issue Date field values, even if "Incl For Cheque Book Printing" option is selected by user.
