Symptoms

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to check account balance from PXDOTONL screen below error occurs.

ERROR

"invalid account Specified"-"IS-ACC01"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to one branch.
2. Launch PXDOTONL screen
3. Provide account of other branch
4. Click on F11 system throws error as "invalid account Specified"-"IS-ACC01"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot fetch account balance.
