ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On release from PQSSTPQU the MT103 messages are pending in Cover queue.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On Release System should release the payment from STP queue.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Inject a MT103 in such a way that it lands into COVER queue.
2) Click on RELEASE option from PQSSTPQU screen.
3) Ideally system should release the payment from STP queue.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot release the MT103 messages from PQSSTPQU screen.
