Last updated on NOVEMBER 14, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services - Regulatory Reporting for US Federal Reserve - Lombard Risk Integration Pack - Version 8.0.7 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Report: FRY 9C

Schedules: RC-M and HC-M.

Issues are as follows:

1: MDRMs 'BHCKF064' requires to report Secured liabilities that have an original maturity of one business day or roll over under a continuing contract. It is expected to see attributes for 'secured condition', 'original maturity' and 'roll over condition'. Current lineage provide the secured indicator only. The filter condition to address 'original maturity' or 'roll over under a continuing contract' is missing

2:  Line item 6.a.(5) reports assets covered by loss-sharing agreements with the FDIC: Loans and leases included in Schedule HC, items 4.a and 4.b need to be reported and STG_LEASES_CONTRACT.N_RESIDUAL_AMOUNT is expected to be used for leases however the same is missing in the lineage

3:  Line item 13 requires to report the amounts of all inter-company liabilities owed to the subsidiary banks and their subsidiaries of the holding company, there is no restriction to the type of entities
that may be covered under the definition of Subsidiary. however as per lombard filter, Entity type hierarchy= BANFORSUB,COMBANK,EDGEAC,FEDCRUN,IBF,MBAFHC,NATBANK,SAVASSO,STCRUN is inappropriately used restricting the entity type

4:  The V_SELLER_ID field is used in the RC-M / HC-M to identify the FDIC in loss sharing agreements. However, the usage of filter is missing in RC-N / HC-N schedules

5:  Line item 16 requires to report assets held by mutual funds and annuities for which the reporting holding company or a subsidiary of the holding company acts as investment advisor. Current configuration is using STG_GL_DATA table for mapping this MDRM in HC-M schedule. However in other reports such as for 2886b RC, data is sourced though STG_FUND_CIS_COMPOSITION.

6: The field to store an identifier for a loan where the party is reported for Regulation O or W is missing
