High Value Transaction Did Not Come Out Of The Warehouse As Expected (Doc ID 2608865.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
High Value transaction did not come out of the warehouse (PQSFUVAQ) as expected. Message was approved, released from the Network cutoff queue (PQSNETCQ), but again returned to the Network queue
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should come out of the Warehouse queue (PQSFUVAQ)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1) Inject a Channel payment - Currency with settlement day 1, Value date 2 days later, Instruction date = Process/Transaction date
2) Amount should be greater than the Outgoing Bank Identifier Code Cutoff Limit in PXSCYCOF for the branch
3) Transaction should move to Ware house Queue with value date as given in original instruction date and activation date as 1 day prior to value date due to settlement day 1 Currency .
4) Make sure Auto Job had proper next execution date and time.
5) Next day after End of Day, payment should get released from Warehouse and processed so that the receiver will get the payment on time to apply with the day after value date.
