FCIS - 'Password Changed On' Date Value Incorrectly Captured In FCIS Log (Doc ID 2608867.1)

When a User performs Status Change activity from Dormant to Enabled in the front end, the "Password Changed on" value is also getting captured in the Back end Log as a New value. Due to this unexpected entry captured in the system, the Customer's Administrator ID's Log Activities Report is reflecting the incorrect record.
