Unable to update collateral pool - LM-00905 (Doc ID 2608880.1)

On : 3.4 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to update the collateral pool
the following error occurs.

LM-00905 - Limit template is not maintained or closed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Need to select a pool linked to the limit amount
2. Ensure there is difference between the linked pool amount and pool utilized amount
3. Try to update the pool utilized amount

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,
1. Mismatch between pool linked amount and pool utilized amount.
2. Pool utilization will go wrong for future transactions too.
