Symptoms

When User is attempting to Amend or Close an LC, following error occurs:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login into application with valid credentials
2. Navigate to LCDTRONL and fetch any authorised record
3. Modify or Close the record

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot modify or Close any LC Contract details
