DEDBTTOT : ACY_UNAUTH_DR, ACY_UNAUTH_CR Balance Is Not Getting Cleared During DE Batch Deletion (Doc ID 2609310.1)

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ACY_UNAUTH_DR, ACY_UNAUTH_CR is not getting cleared during deletion of DE batch from DEDBTTOT screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Post authorization/deletion of any transaction, system should update correct amount in ACY_UNAUTH_DR, ACY_UNAUTH_CR for linked settlement account.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a DE batch in the system and save the record. Don't authorize the batch.

2. Query the newly created batch in DEDBTOT screen.

3. Delete the Batch using the menu option.

4. During this delete operation, screen hangs due to DB lock or any other reason.
2. User forcefully closes the screen/Click on recover Page.
3. User immediately logged into application and again deletes the same batch.
4. After the lock is released, both the deletions will update the account balance and create wrong balance in ACY_UNAUTH_DR, ACY_UNAUTH_CR.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, correct available balance is not reflecting of the CASA account and user is proceeding for further transactions with wrong available balance of the CASA account.
