Transaction reference field is shown as Undefined in PXDIVIEW Screen after user navigates from PQSICLRQ screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to PQSICLRQ [Inbound Cancellation Request Queue] screen
2. Select a transaction and open view request tab
3. Pick any DCN/Transaction ref# and go to PXDIVIEW [Cross Border Payments - View Detailed] screen
4. Undefined is coming in Transaction ref# field
