Symptoms

When attempting to use the SMDUSRDF screen getting error as " Response is Empty"
The following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Fronend application.
2. open the screen SMDUSRDF

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access SMDUSRDF.
