Signature Card requirement at Account And Account-Party Level

To outline the data expectation of f_signature_card_flag to be provide at account level (STG_CASA/STG_TD_CONTRACTS) and of f_signature_card_signed_flag to be provided at Account-Party level in STG_PARTY_ACCOUNT_ROLE_MAP table.
As per guidelines signature card requirement means that “each” co-owner has signed. which translates to Account-Party level flag, and if any one of the co-owner has not signed the card, it would mean that account is in non-compliance of signature card requirement.
