Symptoms
On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
Records from detb_jrnl_log are not archived, when DE batch number has Less than 4 characters.
Simulation Steps :
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a DE batch from function Id DEDTRONL screen with 3 characters
2. Authorize DE batch.
3. Run EOD.
