Authorization Of A TD REDEMPTION (1317) From Different Branch is Failing with "ST-VALS-012 " (Doc ID 2609741.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to authorize TD Redemption from different branch than account branch
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to flexcube.
2. Perform TD redemption of the account of different branch.
3. Try to authorize the transaction.
4. Below error occurs:
ST-VALS-012


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot redeem TD account.
