CASA : System Is Activating The Account From Dormancy Without Using The Status Change in STDSTCHN Screen (Doc ID 2609771.1)

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is activating the account from dormancy without using the Status change (STDSTCHN) screen

User having issue that the dormant account is activated on cash deposit transaction but it should be activated through STDSTCHN screen not on transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For a CASA account with dormancy status, System shouldn't change status back to active, after any transaction posting.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select any CASA account which is in dormant status.
2. Post one transaction for this CASA account.
3. After successful posting of transaction, validate account status in STDCUSAC screen.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, CASA account status is getting updated as active, even if user didn't do relevant maintenance changes from STDSTCHN screen.
