Symptoms

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For the BIC - XXXXXXXX, System debiting the BIC's corresponding Nostro account

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For the BIC - XXXXXXXX, System should debit the Nostro account of correct account

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fire an MT103 into FLEXCUBE
2. Run FT SWIFT Upload job
3. Check the contract settled

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the FT contract is not debiting the expected account.
