ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For CD (Corporate Deposit) contract System is triggering multiple REVN events.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
REVN should not trigger multiple times if no change in rate has happened.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a CD contract with Interest mapped to a float rate code
2. After few EODs (End Of Day), A revision happens in Interest rate for the Rate code.
3. After EOD is run, REVN is expected to trigger. However it has triggered more than once leading to duplicate event generation.
