FED- CTR charge BEN case - tag 2000 is incorrect
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Trf amount of 789 less charges 25 - 764 should be populated in tag 2000.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fed -CTR - charge to BEN 25$ and actual amount credited to nostro after should be populated in tag 2000.
2. Trf amount of 789 less charges 25 - 764 should be populated in tag 2000.
Amount should be {2000}000000076400 not debit amount 789
