Primary Account Number Maintained In User Profile Does Not Get Defaulted In Account Selection Dropdown Throughout The Application (Doc ID 2610401.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The user has maintained "Primary Account Number" from the "User profile" screen. But Selected primary account number is not being displayed by default throughout the application.

Screens:
All Payments (Field: "Transfer from" drop-down)
All Account inquires screens.
Request Statement(Filed: "Selected Account number" drop-down)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If the user maintained a "primary account number" then the application should display maintained primary account number instead of other account numbers of the user.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with corporate/retail user.
2. Go to the User profile screen.
3. Select "Primary Account Number" option and select any account as a primary account and save.
4. Check Payments Transaction For "Transfer from" drop-down.
