Failed Pain008 Upload Has No Trace In SEPA Layer (Doc ID 2610780.1)

Symptoms


When user is attempting to Upload a PAIN.008 SEPA file, in case file is moved to Error folder due to some Error, following is observed:
1) No error information is logged into table (MSTM_COM_PMT_IN), if the error is raised before generation of EXT_REF_NO
2) But Error information is logged into table (MSTM_COM_PMT_IN), if the error is raised after generation of EXT_REF_NO

ERROR

1) ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("WUIBPWT"."MSTM_COM_PMT_IN"."EXT_REF_NO")
2) MSCOM-0038
