On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Collateral WS Error

While amending collateral from Web-Service to make it shared with another liability. FUBBS response shows successfully saved . But the details are saved into the table.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If the amendment is saved successfully, the details has to be saved in the underlying tables successfully.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Webservice , initiate a Collateral amendment request with Liability sharing details.
2. Check the Response and underlying screen related tables outputs.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
 Even though the modification is not saved in Database, system showing amendment saved successfully will give misconception to the user.
