ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Attachment name comes as Garbage when language is Arabic.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Attachment name should be same as the admin sent.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Retail User
2. Access Mails -> Compose
3. Choose a subject in Arabic and write message in Arabic and send it.
4. Log in as BANK ADMIN
5. Access Inbox -> Reply on the received message with attaching a document named in ARABIC.
6. Re-log in to Retail User.
7.Access Inbox and view the reply.

Due to this issue, users cannot view attachment name sent by admin.
