ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User not able to use special character in Customer name , Customer address during customer and account maintenance

Actual result : System throws error 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should allow to use special character in below fields

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Launch View external Customer Screen
2. Click on any customer
3. Once customer detailed screen is launched, Click on new
4. Input required details and save

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Create new external Customer
