Symptoms

Pay-in option defaulted as Account but fields not enabled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch STDCUSAC for creating new account
2. Visit initial funding section
3. Check if offset account and branch can be selected

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users has to do multiple change in Pay in option just to make the fields offset account and branch enabled.
