Error "DIGX_PWD_012 - The Password does not meet the Policy Requirements.." in Peer to Peer (P2P) Payment due to Missing Password Policy while Claiming Money (Doc ID 2611302.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBDX retail user can transfer money to a non-OBDX user via Peer To Peer fund transfer feature. While the recipient is trying to get registered in OBDX application to claim that money which is transferred through Peer to Peer (P2P) payment, there is no mention of what policy to follow while entering password. As a result if system returns an alert message "The password does not meet the policy requirements defined by the Bank. Please check the password policy and set your new password.", user is clueless about what corrective action might need to take.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

New user registration page in claim money feature should display the password policy.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

[ Pre-requisite: One OBDX user did peer to peer fund transfer (P2P). The recepient was notified about that and he/she had the P2P transaction id to claim that transferred money. This recipient was not an existing OBDX user. ]

Step 1. The recipient went to "Claim Money".
Step 2. Selected either "Mobile" or "Email" mode.
Step 3. Entered Mobile/Email, based on selected mode.
Step 4. Entered Payment ID, and Security Code as provided by the P2P initiator.
Step 5. Selected the option "New to Bank"
Step 6. Enter First Name, Last Name, Email ID, Password, Confirm Password. Here user entered a password which is not complying with Password Policy as defined in OBDX and user entered password contains a special character which is not allowed.
Step 7. On the screen, user getting below error:
  "The password does not meet the policy requirements defined by the Bank. Please check the password policy and set your new password.".
Step 8. User noticed that there is no password policy displayed to the right similar to what is observed during force change password and change password. Hence being unaware of the password policy, user is unable to proceed with registration.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, recipient of P2P transfer who does not have prior relationship with the bank, cannot get themselves registered and claim the money.
