Not able to close the branch - ST-UMRL1 (Doc ID 2611571.1)

On : 3.4 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to authorize the customer maintenance,
the following error occurs.

ST-UMRL1 - Failed to update maintenance - sttb_record_master/sttb_record_log.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Need to select a customer which doesn't belong to that branch
2. Audit log table record should be in authorized status.
3. Customer maintenance should be in not in authorized status.
4. Try to authorize the customer maintenance.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,
1. User will not be able to book any new contract for the said customer number.
