ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Securities deals are not settled automatically and contracts are still pending as active even after settlement date

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Deals that are marked for auto MSTL / DSTL are expected to be settled as per the settlement date input

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a deal with settlement date same as booking date
2. Choose the flag AUTO_MANUAL_DSTL as Automatic "A"
3. Save and authorize the deal
4. Check if MSTL is fired and deal status is marked as Liquidated
