Difference in Sum of Values in 'Goal Year Value' Column & 'Total' column in Goal Tracking Page (Doc ID 2611820.1)

ISSUE OBSERVED

In Goal Tracking page of Financial Planning module, difference is observed in sum of values of records of 'Goal Year Value' column & 'Total' column in below two grids -

1) 'EARMARKED HOLDINGS' grid

2) 'FREE HOLDINGS AVAILABLE FOR EARMARKING' grid

This difference is observed post surrendering the insurance policies.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Log in into the application using Relationship Manager (RM) user.

2. Navigate to 'Goal Tracking' page

3. Select any customer

4. Sum up the values of records of 'Goal Year Value' column for 'EARMARKED HOLDINGS' grid

5. Check whether the 'Total' column of 'EARMARKED HOLDINGS' grid matches the value obtained from the 4th point.

6. Similarly, check the same for 'FREE HOLDINGS AVAILABLE FOR EARMARKING' grid.

Correct value of of Goal Year value is not getting displayed in Goal tracking page which is misleading to the Relationship Manager and which may further potentially lead to a customer query to the bank.
