In Self transfer screen: from account drop down shows dormant account for selection

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

----------------------

In self transfer screen , Dormant account should not be available for selection as a source account

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in from user
2. Go to own account FT
3.select from account drop down
