On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

84864 - DEDTRONL -Not correct information for Total debit/Total credit amount

When user going to auth DEs with the same batch no from different branches and has multy branch access as yes system calculate wrongly the Total Dr. Cr. amount. Simulations steps as follows.

a) User 1 Creates on 221 BRN one single DE for 1,00 BGN on DEDTLRON after save sent for authorisation.

b) User 1 Creates one teller trn DE on 601 for 14,00 BGN through DEDTRONL after save transaction sent for authorisation.

c) User 2 (with multi branch access Y) is going to authorise the single DE entry - DEDTLRON and system on Total Credit amount instead of 1,00 BGN it has 14,00.

Moreover

d) In case you change the (with multi branch access N) for User 2 and re login you will notice that on DEDTLRON the total Cr.amount is coming correctly as 1,00 BGN.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Check if the function id DESTRONL is marked for multi branch
access.
2.Launch DESTRONL and check if only the current branch's records are shown.

Test Results:

only current branch records are dispalyed as expected.



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see current branch's transaction in DESTRONL screen
