SEDXCAMN - Error While Opening Corporate Action Record (Doc ID 2612263.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.2 version, Implementation Support

In SEDXCAMN screen the users are not able to query or open Corporate Action Manual processing Record,Error message is displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. launch SEDXCAMN/ SESXCAMNscreen
2. query or open Corporate Action Manual processing Record  from detailed screen or try picking two records with same internal action id and try to launch one record from summary screen,
3. User is facing error message which he cannot query the record.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot perform Corporate Action search in the particular record and issue exist..
