Feedback Template Maintenance Throws Access Denied Error (Doc ID 2612337.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to create "Feedback Template",
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error Detail: Access Denied. User does not have permission to perform this action.
Error Code: DIGX_PROD_ACCESS_DENIED_0000


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to "Feedback Template" in Admin Dashboard.
2. Click "Create" on "Feedback Template Maintenance" screen.
3. Enter all the details, like Template Id, Template Name, Applicable to Role, Feedback Question.
4. Click "Next"
5. Observe that "Access Denied. User does not have permission to perform this action." is appearing on the screen.
