Symptoms
When executing End of Day, Mark BOD stage fails with below error
ERROR

ED-DOR001
ORA-01861: literal does not match format string
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute EOD with Users in active status even with dormancy days crossed
2. Check if MARK BOD stage is successful
3. Verify if the User expiry is marked
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, EOD is aborted and cannot be completed
