Accrual not firing for a Security Instrument since last coupon date (Doc ID 2612362.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Reported Security Instrument is missing in the accrual reporting , Accrual is found to be zero in setb_int_accr

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User expects accrual to be posted on daily basis for the reported security and thus reflecting in the reports

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute SE batch
2. Verify if accrual is posted for the reported security ID
3. Cross verify with the accrual report if the mentioned instrument data appears correctly

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot validate the accrual report due to missing record for one Security instrument leading to reconciliation issue

Changes

 Coupon frequency has been modified from weekly to half yearly leading to data corruption
