Symptoms
When attempting to click on enrich while booking an FT contract in FTDTRONL Screen
the following error occurs.
ERROR

FT-OTHR-001 Unhandled exception
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch FTDTRONL Screen
2. Click New and input basic details like product code
3. Click on enrich and check if SYSTEM has successfully enriched product default values
4. Fill in remaining details and save the contract
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot book an FT Contract successfully
