Error "System Cannot Process The Request" Appears For Open Term Deposit in Alert Maintenance (Doc ID 2612733.1)

Symptoms

Admin can not perform alert maintenance for Term deposit module.

ERROR
-----------------------
System cannot process the request

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Login to the Application
  2. From admin go to alert maintenance
  3. Select Term deposit in module drop down and TD account open value in event drop down
  4. Click search and select create term deposit from the list
