ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Withholding Tax is not collected after liquidation of interest.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Withholding Tax should be collected at the time of interest liquidation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure an account with a valid IC product.
2. Execute EOD & EOM with valid transactions to meet the IC Product rules.
3. Check the liquidation during liquidation cycle.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot collect the withholding tax
