Bulk File Record Status is not Getting Updated As Per the Status Available in Host System (Doc ID 2613192.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bulk File record status is not getting updated in OBDX even transactions get processed in Host. 
After applying patchset 6, uploaded file gets stuck in 'Upload' status at OBDX end. However, the file reaches host and gets processed there.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Bulk file should go through all stages and processed successfully if there is no error in uploaded file

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login with corporate user -> Navigate to 'File Upload' transaction

2. Upload any file and check the status of that file under 'Uploaded File Inquiry'

3. Uploaded file gets stuck in 'Upload' stage and doesn't move further to 'Verify' stage
