GEDFACLT - wrong Customer Name During Facility Booking (Doc ID 2613273.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
wrong customer name during facility booking in GEDFACLT.

Once customer name is changed/modified in STDCIF, It is not updating automatically the name of Liability of customer in GEDMLIAB.

And Facility is populating the Customer name (Liability Name) from the GEDMLIAB (getm_liab).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Modified customer name should be reflected in GEDMLIAB.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Modify the Customer name in STDCIF for which Liability is linked, save and authorized the modification.
2. Modified customer name is not reflected in GEDMLIAB and GEDFACLT
3. Old name is only shown in the GEDMLIAB
