CLDRENOG - Insufficient Limit Available error "CL-ACC-145" during Renegotiantion

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In CLDRENOG, loan renegotiation is done by capitalising the MAIN_INT 1.863.89 .
2. At the time of renegotiation ensures that facility available balance is sufficient to cover the Capitalised amount but system throws below error
  "Linkage Amount cannot be greater than Amount Availabel CL-ACC-145".
3. checking in GEDFACLT, there is sufficient Available Amount 2000 EUR.
