While Downloading statements/E-Receipt/Bulk File inquiry through Mobile Application , File is not getting downloaded and only the Loading Bar is Displayed (Doc ID 2614277.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user is completing any payment in mobile app and trying to download the e-receipt then the loading bar is displaying, no file is downloaded.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In mobile app E-receipt should download properly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with any end user and perform any payment
2. Then on successful of payment E-receipt link will show
3. On click of E-receipt the loading bar is displayed but no file is downloaded.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download the E-receipt from mobile app.
