System Not Considering The Charge Group Maintained In Rule For Charging The Customer (Doc ID 2614303.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System doesn't charge the transaction based on the customer group maintenance amount.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the customer group maintenance is done, the system should charge the amount set in the rule.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open CFDRUMNT, Set the rate type as flat amount and customer group as CORPORATE, enter the Flat CCF amount in tenor details tab
2. Open DEDPRMNT enter a product and modify the rule id defined earlier
3. Take a customer account having charge Group as Corporate
4. Do a teller transaction and check the amount.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot charge the customer based on customer group maintenance amount

Changes

Solution provided to fetch the details of both offset and transaction account for validation and further processing of transaction.
