LCDTRONL: System is converting Message 707 To 799 when Settlement details are changed
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System must not change the 707 message to 799 after changing the settlement details in LCDTRONL screen
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Perform Amendment for LC in LCDAMEND
- Save the Amendment
- LCDTRONL screen will be popped up
- Modify the Settlement details
- Save the Modification
- Authorize the Amendment from LCDAMEND
- Check the Message Generated
