Symptoms

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

System have issue with clearing return, when the cheque is returned using screen 6560 is throwing error stating --"Failed to process $1"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch 6560
2. input the remitter account, instrument no, routing no and reject code
3. Click on query
