Beneficiary Bank Information Is Missing In The Outgoing FT Contract Generated From Swift Incoming (Doc ID 2614755.1)

On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------

 Incoming swift MT103 creating a contract with without receiver details picked from 57A (from incoming swift message) field account with institution. Since the receiver is not updated in the contract, outgoing swift header misses the beneficiary BIC details.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------
When Incoming swift MT103 with 57A is processed , receiver detail has to be picked up from 57A (Account with Institution) , so that outgoing swift generated will have beneficiary BIC details

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pickup a MT103 swift message with 57A field.
2. Process the same in Incoming message queue.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Payments without Beneficiary details will get failed while processing , resulting in delay in payment settlement.
