On Mobile Browser, When User Selects "Setup Standing Instruction" for the 2nd Time, Screen Becomes Blank with JS Error "Cannot Read property 'payeeId'" (Doc ID 2615116.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to switch to "Setup Standing Instruction" screen 2nd time from "View Standing Instruction" screen, blank screen appears. In the JS console, the following error occurs.

Cannot Read property 'payeeId'


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Mobile Browser, as a retail user, navigate to "Payments" > "Inquiries" > "Upcoming Payments Inquiry"
2. Tap on more button (i.e. the three vertical dots near bottom right corner).
3. Select "View Standing Instruction"
4. Select "Setup Standing Instruction"
5. Tap on back arrow in top bar.
6. Repeat Step 2 to 4
7. After selecting "Setup Standing Instruction" for the 2nd time, screen becomes blank.
