On : 11.6 version, Production Support-SET
Post Patch Set deployment the following operations fail
Customer Creation from Customer Relationship Management(CRM) System fails with error "ORA-29532: Java call terminated by uncaught Java exception: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError"
Double click on a record from Summary Screen (GEDWFACT) to view in detailed screen fails with error "java.sql.SQLException: ORA-29532: Java call terminated by uncaught Java exception: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy the EAR and patch set
2. Test the scenario from Flexcube Retail (FCR )end by creating a customer from CRM
