Android App Gives Internal Server Error While Using HTTPS URL (Doc ID 2615195.1)

Symptoms

Android App does not work on HTTPS.

In Splash screen, when application is accessing location URL it is returning 500 Internal server error

Android Mobile app working fine on HTTP URL. But when we change URL to https, it started giving internal server Error always on splash screen itself.
